Jorge Luis Alfaro Mérida, Managing Director
Jorge Alfaro has the local expertise in advising on business and property acquisitions, notaries, lawyers, local officials, immigration, licensing, and regulatory requirements. He is 100% fluent in English and Spanish with experience in establishing and operating businesses in both the USA and Mexico. In 2008, he joined the governing board of the local chapter of Canirac (the national restaurant association) and is their liaison with Playa del Carmen’s Municipal Palace (City Hall).

Vaughan Maylon Long, Managing Director
Vaughan Long provides an extensive management, planning and business background from both the USA and in Mexico. Prior to moving to Mexico, Vaughan Long spent 10 years in the USA as a consultant on business operations as well as in the corporate office of Circuit City Stores, Inc. (a Fortune 200 company) with roles that included buying and as a General Manager of Store Planning.

Brenda Alfaro offers entrepreneurial experience and financial management experience from both the USA and Mexico. Prior to moving to Mexico, Brenda Alfaro was an Investment Broker and Commercial Banker in the USA for Merrill Lynch (now Morgan Stanley) with direct experience in financial, currency, real estate investments and corporate lending
